  that leverages compatibility with Synopsys' ASIC design flow,       
  providing support for DesignWare libraries, Design Compiler shell   
  script input/output and .db file output.

 Installation information
 ------------------------

  1. Unzip and unrar.
  2. Install.
  4. Copy license.dat to {hdd}:Synopsys\FPGA_CompilerII_3.8\license\
  5. When you start it for the first time, it may prompt you for the
     specific license location.  In this case simply enter:
  
     C:\Synopsys\FPGA_CompilerII_3.8\license\license.dat
 
     You will not have to enter it again.
