prompted us to produce FASTBLANK. Based on the technology used in our
more advanced packages, FASTBLANK is designed to provide users posessing
no FEA or forming experience with an easy to use blank prediction
software. Integrating FASTBLANK into SolidWorks has allowed us to
provide our solution within a familiar design environment to further
improve the user-friendliness of the software.
BLANKWORKS calculates accurate blank shapes for simple or complex
stamped parts. Unlike many common unfold programs, BLANKWORKS can
account for material stretch and deformation as well as straight bends.
Blank predictions take only a few minutes and produce results accurate
enough for die tryout, quoting and nesting calculations. BLANKWORKS
also provides a graphical display of material thinning resulting from
forming.
