This package contains several tools which are adapted specifically for your
OpenTV development environment. Built around effective algorithms, the coding
process produces high quality pictures or movies with very low cost
bandwidth requirements. By slicing pictures and movies the size of
your resources can be considerably reduced. Additionally, some extra
material has been written for use in your Animation Library, in order
to enhance your graphic possibilities. The Coder can be controlled
from a command line. As a result, B2M2 is a completely integrated
tool for use in a broadcast context.
