        A morgage Calculator..

        APR Spread Calculator uses the Actuarial Method of
        calculating Annual Percentage Rates for mortgage loans as
        explained in Appendix J of 12 CFR Ch. II, Pt. 226, the
        portion of the United States Code of Federal Regulations
        known as "Regulation Z". In a ddition to the basic
        calculation, APR Spread Calculator also provides a
        spreadsheet-like grid of APRs by loan amounts and fixed
        fee amounts. The loan amount and fixed fee amount axes
        are spread incrementally based upon user-modifiable
        ranges.

        To begin using APR Spread Calculator simply modify a
        value in one of the white edit boxes. The results of all
        calculations are determined and displayed in the yellow
        boxes immediately after an edit box value changes. All
        results are automatically updated as you change the
        values in the white edit boxes or click on the radio
        buttons!
