Instructions: Close Pe Explorer, then go to your Windows folder directory.. usually located here: C:\Windows once there look for the file Win.ini make double clic on it and select properties uncheck the option modified and check the option that says Only Readable then apply the setting and hit ok now go to the Pe Explorer directory and copy the file : pexdata.rdat there usually Pe Explorer is installed in this directory: C:\Program Files\Heaventools\PE Explorer
now open the program and it is fully functional and registered!! ;) Enjoy!!
