their help desk and record the resolutions to those problems. An easy-to-use
Query Wizard makes searching this knowledge base a breeze. In addition, Been
There, Done That! lets you easily record and update your PC and software
inventory. The program is network-ready. This version adds the ability to
import and export data. You can now also create ad hoc reports using the
enhanced report wizard.
