BlogJet is weblog client for Windows that allows you to manage your
blog without opening browser. It is easy-to-use and elegant.
WYSIWYG Editor
You can forget about HTML formatting and just type text like you do it
in Microsoft Word, because BlogJet has WYSIWYG editor. You can change
colors and fonts, underline and make text bold or italics - and it
looks the same as it will appear in browser.
However if you would like to edit source code of your post, BlogJet has
Code Editor with syntax highlighting and code completion.
Picture Insertion
With BlogJet you can easily insert pictures directly in text: be it an
image from a website, or a photo from your computer, it will be
automatically uploaded to your website when you publish the post.
Spell Checker (New!)
Now you won't scare readers of your blog with wrong spelling - BlogJet
comes with good built-in spell checker. You can even configure it to
automatically check spelling before posting.
20 High-Quality Smilies (New!)
Just click Insert Smiley and choose from 20 high-quality smilies that
will be automatically uploaded to your website when you post an entry
Now Playing Feature (New!)
BlogJet can detect tune which you're listening to (supports iTunes,
Windows Media Player and Winamp), and insert artist and song title in
your post. It can even insert direct link to this song in famous iTunes
Music Store, so that readers can buy tunes that you love.
Voice Attachments
If you're lazy to type, take a microphone and say: BlogJet will record
you voice and then attach it to post. BlogJet's Sound Recorder use GSM
compression (almost the same as in your cell phone), that compress
voice even better than MP3, but writes to an ordinary WAV file.
Recent Posts
BlogJet allows you to get the list of your previous posts with preview
pane. If you want to correct mistakes or just change the text you
posted, double-click a post and edit it.
Integration with Internet Explorer and FeedDemon
BlogJet installs a special button on Internet Explorer's toolbar that
allows you to create a blog entry about the current page.
BlogJet integrates with FeedDemon so you can use it to blog about news
items.
