    IP Mailer will monitor and send your IP address via email each time it 
    changes to any amount of recipients you specify. This is very useful if
    you are connected with a cable modem or dial-up networking connection 
    and your ISP gives you a new IP each time you connect or reboot your 
    computer.
    
    In IP Mailer you need to click on the "Options" link to reveal the 
    application options (will be shown automatically the first time you run
    IP Mailer) where you need to specify your SMTP server address (e.g. 
    mail.your-isp.com) and your own email address into the "From" field. 
    Once you have done that you only need to click on the "To" button to 
    start adding recipients of your IP emails. You should also go to the 
    Monitoring options page to select the desired monitoring method. The 
    "Monitor your External IP" will always show your real external IP, but 
    "Monitor the IP locally" is faster and a better option if you are not 
    using a router or gateway.
