You record in the system all your
beverage related invoices and
delivery notes using the "screen
invoice" interface. With this data, the
system automatically calculates the
average cost of each product in
stock at any given time. (This A.P.C
- Average Purchase Cost) is always
updated in "Real Time" as you record
any new invoices.
At the end of the month, by
printing your stocktake sheets or
using a Laptop computer, you record
the quantity of each product that you
have in stock and the total amount
of beverage revenues. Then, let
the system calculate your G.P (Gross
Profit) along with any
inter-departmental transfers,
ullage, wastage, allowances...
The system generates automatically the
"End of Month" reports such as,
"Gross Profit", "Supplier
Statistics", "Product Statistics",
"Recorded Invoices", "Adjustments" ...
and much more.
But, the revolutionary new feature for
the 2nd Version of W.S.C is the
addition of the WeightStock
Technology. When recording your
monthly stocktake, simply weigh the
bottles and kegs and report the
displayed weight into the system and
let W.S.C calculate the exact amount of
measures in the bottle/keg! This
method saves you time and makes
approximate stock counts a thing of the
past !
