 Just copy the patcher into the directory where you have installed the
 VideoScope v1.0 program. After this run the patcher and the program.
 You can register with anything you like. Just fill in what ya want.

 VScope is a software program which provides basic video measurement 
 capabilities for a video capture/playback card in a PC. 

 In conjunction with an external video test pattern generator, VScope can be
 used to measure and calibrate the analog to digital video decoder circuit
 that converts the analog video signal, i.e. NTSC, PAL or SECAM into the
 digital video format used internally in the computer. In conjunction with
 an external video analyzer or vectorscope, VScope can act as an internal
 video test pattern generator to measure and calibrate the digital to analog
 video encoder circuit that converts the internal digital video information
 into an analog video signal, i.e. NTSC, PAL or SECAM.

 VScope has been produced specifically to work with standard Video For
 Windows compliant capture drivers and should work with any video
 capture/playback card that provides standard Video for Windows drivers.

 NOTE: Analog electronic equipment is subject to variations due to thermal
 changes internally. For optimal results, analog equipment should be allowed
 to warm up for a minimum of 20 minutes before making any accurate
 measurements or adjustments. This includes the computer as the video
 capture/playback card contains Analog-to-Digital (ADC) and
 Digital-to-Analog (DAC) convertors.
