The Problem
When using one of the thousands of Bulletin Boards around the net, most
of them provide Smilies, also commonly known as Emoticons for you to
insert into your posts. These Emoticons let you express your feelings
in an easy way.
The main problem is most forums just don't supply you with enough
choice, forcing you to copy and paste Image URLs from other sites
around the internet.
Some email programs also support a limited choice, but it is far from
ideal.
