EZ Formatter (v2.1) is a smart card utility program that offers
non-programmers the tools to quickly master smart card formatting. Its intuitive
design manages the interface between Microsoft Windows« and the reader, allowing
users to forget about such complex issues as operating system messaging,
communication protocols, command structures, error/exception handling, and
hardware peculiarities. EZ Formatter provides users with a simple way to interact
with smart cards and readers, enabling them to: Format blank cards; Personalize
Cards; Verify card authenticity; Test card security schemes; Review actual
transmission codes; and Demonstrate smart card based systems.
