records for each client and other
parties who need to receive copies
of test reports. Maintain records
for each project, and subproject where
necessary, including references to
clients, care-of parties and other
distribution parties. Include contract
details for invoicing, and select
the system of units to be used for each
project. Prepare detail and summary
reports of projects and clients. These
data are common to all other
materials testing report systems
provided by McIntyre Associates.
w Suppliers and Sources - Maintain
records for each material supplier
and for all material sources for each
supplier.
w Proctor Tests and Trials - Maintain
records for each Proctor test for a
project and each moisture-density
trial for that test. Each Proctor
test record includes all field sampling
data as well as laboratory trial
results. Edit of each Proctor test
includes a display of a Moisture-Density
graph of the trials selected for
plotting.
w Test Reports - Maintain your own
report templates for the generation
of reports for your clients, other
parties and internal use. Start with
the default templates provided and
modify them as necessary using the
built-in full-featured graphical
report editor.
w Automated Faxing - Use the built-in
support for a third-party fax server
product HotFax Share by SmithMicro
Software Inc. to automate the
generation and transmission of faxed
copies of your test reports (Note: -

separately by you).
