1. Go to 'Control Panel / Services' and STOP ALL CF Server Services

2. Drag file 'tlock32.dll' (it's in 'CFUSION\BIN' directory) and drop it anywhere in the crack dialog window

Part 1. Professional

There is 'unlockcf.exe' file in the 'CFUSION\BIN' directory
If you run it you'll see unlocking dialog for CFS 4.0.1 Professional
Well... lets register it.
  Press 'Purchase' button
  Enter your and your company names
  Press OK
  You'll see your unlock code
  Now all you need is just type it in the 'Unlock code' field 
  and press OK.
Registered.

Part 2. Enterprise

When 'ColdFusion Application Server' service starts next time, you'll see just the same registration dialog for Enterprise edition.
Repeat registration procedure and voila!
