Let's go crack it!..
Run prog and go to registration tab.. enter some password and
click OK button. What we see? We see error message " Invalid
Key ". Ok. Load it in IDA. While is disassembling, we load our
.exe in HiEW. Change mode to text. And find this message text:
Push F7, select ASCII, enter "Invalid Key"(without quotes) and
push enter. Push enter another one to change mode to HEX.
Ok that we see atop? here: PE.0047491C -this is address of our
error msg text. Now you may close HiEW. Open IDA window and go
to address 0047491C(our error msg).When you has done this will
see this:

Now we know all to crack it.. Load .exe in HiEW. Goto 004747E1
push F3(for editing code) and change bytes to 9090 (jnz > nop
nop). Run prog and try register it..enter some password..click
ok..and we see good message that we has registered and must re
start program. Ok restart it. Goto registration tab.and we see
that prog not registered :(. This shows that prog have another
check.
Ok open IDA window. Ithink that test function call two times.
Double click on function name(sub_45DF98), Ctrl-X, and we see
two lines. Double click on second line. And we returned there
where we were. Well..we should click on first line and see it:

Hmm..What we need here? I think you were right thinks :)... We
need to change jnz loc_47459b to nop nop -- just change this 2
byte to 9090(nop nop) in HiEW.
