programmable logic design environment. This easy-to-use tool supports
the Altera FLEX and MAX programmable device families and works in both
PC and UNIX environments. The MAX+PLUS II software offers unmatched
flexibility and performance and allows for seamles s integration with
industry-standard design entry, synthesis, and verification tools.
MAX+PLUS II allows you the flexibility to enter a design using all
the major design entry methodologies, including:
* VHDL
* Verilog HDL
* Schematic Capture
* Design Entry Utilizing Megafunctions and the Library of Para-
meterized Modules (LPM)
* Altera Hardware Description Language (AHDL)
* Waveform
By giving you design entry freedom and the ability to mix and match
design entry methodologies, the MAX+PLUS II software minimizes your
re-design work.
With the MAX+PLUS II software, Altera pioneered an open design system
that fits into your design environment. It can exchange netlists in
EDIF, VHDL, or Verilog HDL formats, providing a convenient interface
to industry-standard EDA tools.
For many EDA tools, the process is controlled by an intuitive
interface within the EDA vendor's framework.
The MAX+PLUS II software compiles designs consistently faster than any
other PLD development tool, allowing you to quickly implement changes
and test the results. By giving you quick feedback on the utilization
and performance of your design, the MAX+PLUS II software helps you
bring products to market faster.
Installation Notes:

SLT Release this Great App on 12/13/99 But there was a problem with the
License File Included with the release. We've been working with SLT
to release a fix to this license, and to point out some simple mistakes
made, so now we present you with the final crack fix! Props to
SLT and to Team Rebels! Longlive both of ya.
Unrar, fire up CDRwin and burn. Install as usual and copy CRKAL93.EXE
from your CD's \CRACK dir to your installed \MAXPLUS2 dir and execute
it. This generates a LICENSE.DAT file you need to add to your existing
license file.
If you dont have any FlexLM protected programs installed do this:
Win9x
~~~~~
1. Copy the generated LICENSE.DAT to i.e. C:\FLEXLM
2. Add this line in your AUTOEXEC.BAT (if you used path above) -
"SET LM_LICENSE_FILE=C:\FLEXLM\LICENSE.DAT"
3. Reboot and start Altera!
WinNT
~~~~~
1. Copy the generated LICENSE.DAT to i.e. C:\FLEXLM
2. Goto SYSTEM settings, click on ENVIROMENT tab.
3. Press ALT-V and type "LM_LICENSE_FILE"
4. Press ALT-L and type "C:\FLEXLM\LICENSE.DAT"
5. Press ALT-A and click OK.
6. Reboot and start Altera!

| REBELS PC became reality when Omnibuz and M:et met in 1992. |
| REBELS merged with PANTERA in 1995. In November 1995 CB4 was founded |
| by Leddy from Rebels. Later on he left REBELS to work full time with |
| the cracking group CB4 (CELLBLOCK 4). CB4 merged with REBELS in |
| January 7th, 1997. Since then REBELS have rebelled the scene with |
| our own very special and unique attitude, respect and friendship. |

| Our success has proven that the merges have truly been for the better. |
| It goes without saying that joining REBELS will forever change YOUR |
| life! |
