DW:Suite contains 5 tools that were
designed with the digital photographer
in mind.
The goal that Photographer Solutions had
while developing DW:Suite was to save
the photographer time while reducing the
tedium that existed performing
monotonous tasks. While the current
version of DW:Suite has helped many
digital photographers immensely, we are
continuously striving to improve our
products and develop new products based
on the needs of the photographers.
TOOLS INCLUDED IN DW:SUITE
DW:Print makes package printing easy.
DW:Print quickly loads a queue of photos
for viewing, and you decide which you
want as part of your print package. A
one-click interface will help you choose
your print sheet size and the template
(picture arrangement). Choose from
multiple templates to help you print
only the sizes of pictures that you
need. Zoom and crop the pictures for
printing as you see fit. Print the
sheets on your own printer, or save them
to a memory card or CD to take to a
Photo lab.
DW:Rotate
DW:Rotate losslessly and effortlessly
rotates JPG and Tiff images, and is
designed to do it in as time efficient
manner as we can devise. Time both in
speed of rotations, but even more
importantly, DW:Rotate optimizes your
personal elapsed time spent tediously
rotating images. Quickly pick the image
orientations, set it to work, iconize
it, do other things while it rotates
hundreds of images.
DW:Pick
Viewing your event photos and choosing
the keepers shouldn't be a long process.
DW:Pick makes this process as quick and
painless as possible. DW:Pick quickly
loads a queue of "candidate" photos for
viewing, and you decide which will be
your "keepers". A one-click interface
will separate the keepers from the rest
of the photos. To help in the process
DW:Pick includes a Zoom function to
study a photo more closely, an option to
compare mutliple photos side-by-side,
and a Rotate function to losslessly
rotate a single photo. Afterward, you
will have a separate folder full of only
your keeper images.
DW:Profile
We go through a lot of trouble in
Photoshop to make every image perfect.
This effort can be wasted if the
resulting output doesn't look like what
we see on our monitors as we edit.
DW:Profile enables you to receive prints
that look exactly like they do on your
monitor. DW:Profile is image
proofing/profiling software designed to
help you achieve perfect prints every
time you send your images to the lab for
printing. Color management can be
tricky, even quite difficult, to
understand for those unfamiliar with the
topic. Even so, color management is an
important part of the digital workflow
process. DW:Profile reduces this process
to a single click.
DW:Download
DW:Download quickly downloads your
images from removable media while
losslessly auto-rotating them as they
copy. It doesn't get any faster than
this! DW:Download loads thumbnails of
the photos off the removable media for
viewing. You decide the locations where
they will copy on your computer. A
one-click interface will help you choose
your download location(s), select the
automatic-rotation, and view thumbnails
of the images.
DW:Feeder
Why settle for a sub-standard image
editing program? Adobe Photoshop has the
features you know and use. We just make
the process faster! DW:Feeder quickly
feeds a queue of images into Adobe
Photoshop (5.5 thru CS), and Photoshop
Elements, while providing single button
access to commonly used Photoshop
features. It provides a quick and easy
way to edit all images in a directory
(or directory tree) with Photoshop.
