Break Reminder helps prevent OOS(Occupational Overuse
Syndrome)/RSI(Repetitive Strain Injury) and assists in the healing
process. It is a small program that discretely runs in the
background monitoring your computer use and reminding you to take a
break. It offers a micropause reminder after a specified time, and
after a specified number of micropauses it proposes to take a longer
rest break. The lengths of the pauses and breaks are customisable to
suit each individual user. Break Reminder is able to detect user
input to automatically modify times depending on use. It features
options to ignore and enforce breaks, and audible alerts to indicate
when breaks start and finish.
