5. Enter all required bogus info in the first screen and press 'Next' two times
6. Enter bogus credit card information (you can type 16 zeros in 'card number' field)
7. Press 'Next' three times
8. Select 'Pay by Phone' and press 'Next'
9. Press 'OK' for unlocking code and 'OK' for serial number.
10. Press 'Finish'
11. Confirm your information by pressing 'OK' in the next dialog
12. You'll see 'Your software is been prepared' dialog. wait a little
13. Enjoy.
