█▓█ system tray and some or all of the corners of your █▓█

█▓█ respond to your command - simply place your mouse █▓█
█▓█ pointer in an active corner and a menu of possible █▓█
█▓█ actions will appear, or your chosen program (e.g. █▓█
█▓█ screen saver, virus scanner, etc.) can be activated. █▓█
█▓█ The tray icon is also ready for activation by your █▓█

■ HazarD News ■
~~~~~~~~~~~
HZD History 1997-2000
Note: I am writing this to the best of my ability! If
you know something I don't then email your input to
[email protected] and if it is something that was
important I will end up adding it to this compilation.
I remember a time where the sites were getting hit so
hard bandwidth would literally be at a stand still.
Yes this was the time that the group natosoft uploaded
to public sites in hidden directories. Those were the
days! We decided to move to efnet to jump into the
scene a bit because the undernet always seemed to be a
step behind. When we moved to efnet we realized the
channel #Madcircle was taken already. We were forced
to change our group name. First it was ignite then
eventually we setteled on HazarD. A merger of the
matchbox couriers on newnet made HazarD a strong
force. The head of TMBC was WyzeGuy. He was a big
addition although some of his members were not what we
thought they would be. We had ||KoRn|| a mad artist
who was the best in the gfx scene and bogey3d who was
one of the best things that ever happened to HazarD
(currently in MFD). Then I met Adi-, he states "The
first time I came into HazarD's channel, I saw all
these software things scrolling from FTP bots, and I
saw Xara 3D, a program I really liked. I really wanted
that so I joined. The most illegal person I have ever
come to meet is Adi- the kid does it all. Lynch asked
me, 'What sites are you on?'... I was blank" I decided
to give him a chance and he still is a big role player
in the HazarD family. I feel the biggest addition to
the group was bizzy. He was a cracker that was
recruited from a public channel one late night.
LynchM0b (HZD Founder) still does not understand how
he was able to get this character. It almost seemed
like luck that someone of this caliber would want to
take a chance with a new group. Well he is still with
us today and not only does he crack, he teaches people
within the group how to crack. That is the secret to a
successful group, you teach others and they will
eventually be able to be effective and help out as
well.
In 1998 HazarD died down for a bit. Things did not go
well during the summer time and members were not
dedicated. Causing people to leave and negative
occurrences to happen. LynchM0b had dealings in his
real life to handle so he could not be around to set
order. Every group goes through a down period and yes
HazarD went through a big one. LynchM0b still holds
and retains the position as founder. Although he has
thought about retiring may a times he is still the
effective backbone of HazarD. In 1999 HazarD gained
several effective members who eventually were given
the highcouncil status. Those members were worp, baha,
snowraven, elusive, njvampire, and hurley.
Worp who was once rip courier in the United States was
taught by bizzy how to crack. Once that happened all
hell broke loose. Releases coming from every direction
were preed on HazarD affiled sites on a daily basis
and to this day we are still going strong!
Baha was a wisdom king, he is probably the best
courier in the scene. He knows just about everything
and has scene close to that. This knowledgeable being
schooled several newcomers and have made them into the
effective people they are today. Baha makes the
important decisions and is counted on very highly to
come up with ideas and conclusions to problems or
future happenings.
Snowraven is the linux king. He knows just about
anything there is about linux and then some. We are
lucky to have him and he basically controls the inner
ring of member resources from a remote location. This
guy is so good he will probably be a millionaire by
the age of 30. We are glad to have you man and look
forward to your skills and talents in the future.
Elusive is an ISO couriering monster. We were provided
with his skills via ABTISO aka Abrupt ISO Division.
This character has stuck it out with HazarD. He is one
of the best couriers in the scene as of now and has
tried to be recruited by the bigger groups in the ISO
0sec scene. Luckily he has not gone anywhere and is
now the ISO Division President. He is doing one hell
of a job and has created an effective division with
some of the best members around.
Njvampire is the passed founder of ABTISO. Abrupt ISO
Division ended up merging into HazarD during the early
2000 year. This has been a powerful merger. Njvampire
is one of the most organized people on this earth and
has supplied his talents to HazarD. We are happy to
have you and keep up the skillful work. You might even
see him in the top 5 on a site near you!
Hurley is a VCD himself. I am really beginning to
think that this guy is a digitized specimen. He is
obssessed with that VCD world and has formed HazarD's
VCD section to what it is today. True HZDVCD has had
its hard times and raw dealings with nuked releases in
the past. I gurantee you that will no happen in the
future. First off the VCD scene is the hardest scene
there is. People t end to want perfect bootlegs not
realizing what a bootleg stands for. But it is quite
ok. To the nukers out there we will continue to
release and some will get by and some won't. But as
Eminem would say we still don't give a fuck! Hurley
will make sure that our DiVX's and VCD's in the future
are of a perfect nature. :)
For all you newbies who come into this new world of
pirating, a few words of advice. There are no friends
in the scene. Everyone is out for themselves and will
pose as a friend to get buy or use you for the skills
you possess. It is you against the world. No one will
hand you anything, you have to work hard and stay
focused on a goal that you wish to achieve. If you are
one to just want the benefits then stay in the public
channels because the groups will take you in and spit
you out. HazarD is a strong hard working group, but
even we get sidetracked at times. It is hard no
knowing whether you will be able to stay affiled on a
site because you are having a slow month in releases
but you just have to continue to fight and work things
out to the best. This scene used to be fun, but nower
days its more of a political thing than anything else.
HazarD will try and keep the fun and politics
seperate.
To end this historical compilation. You may of seen a
HazarD release here and their or you may of used one.
Just remember our releases will always be there
because we have d evoted ourselves to the scene. We
love p roviding for people and consider us to be the
2000 robin hoods. We feel that software companies
charge too much for what a bunch of code is worth
so until that power hungry aspect of the Computer
Realm stops we will continue to crack and release.
From Quake 3 for Linux ISO to MP3 Filename Formatter
v2.4. We will release anything and everything we get
our hands on. Whether it be a divx like What dreams
may come? Or a screener like Being John Malk. You
will not see us hesitate to be the best. We look up to
a group like Deviance because they are not afraid to
handle everything. We spend endless hours on the
computer sreen until we feel that HazarDous radiation
in our eyes. That HazarDous radiation is a reminder of
the love we have for the scene. This sums it up and I
hope you enjoyed a little of our history. To create a
successful group it does not take days, weeks, months
or even years. It takes several years and is a slow
building process that few master. HazarD still is not
a top group but I guarantee that we will always be
around and providing you with numerous releases.
