  Horsey is quite a vast program that contains many features. Most 
  of which are contained here:
  Features for Version 5.0:
  Fully functional under Win 95/98 
  Support for up to 4 players (Names can be changed) 
  Computer controlled player with three difficulty settings which 
  determine the brainpower of the AI 
  Full colour Horseys 
  Odds that increase or decrease the chance of a Horsey winning 
  Odds do not always dictate whether a Horsey will win hence a 
  Horsey with odds 3-1 might win against a Horsey with odds of 2-1 
  Fully featured currency converter - which includes three 
  currencies: UK pounds, US dollars and Euros which shoves Horsey 
  into the 21st century 
  Computer players have random names 
  14 Horse Racing tracks are featured 
  Game Speed option speeds up or slows down the Horse Racing 
  sequence 
  Horsey History option shows how many times a Horsey has won a 
  race 
  Graphics are now improved 
  15 MODES OF PLAY!!! 
  Save / Load Game Function 
  Horsey has now lost its 'windowed' status and is now gone full 
  screen, this makes it feel more like a proper commercially 
  released game. 
  Changeable Horsey Skins when they are racing, this gives the 
  game more and more opportunities which include downloading these 
  skins from many websites
