announced it has unveiled MicroStation V8 2004 Edition, the latest
release of the companyÆs flagship product. Shipments began immediately
after a Webcast launching BentleyÆs seminar series ôStandardizing With
V8ö for MicroStation users, administrators, and managers.
Driven by 10 core technologies, the new release boasts support for
Adobe PDF, enhanced DWG interoperability, and digital security. Overall,
MicroStation V8 offers AEC organizations new ways to standardize a wide
range of processes, such as change management, drafting and drawing,
electronic delivery, proposal preparation, and more.
ôSenior managers in our accounts tell me that they are on a quest for
standardization. ItÆs a strategic priority for them to squeeze out
uncertainty and insert predictability into their business processes,ö
said Bhupinder Singh, Bentley vice president of platform products. ôOur
V8 generation of products, underscored by our commitment to open standards

Install. Copy included msv8.lic and sf.dat into your
Bentley\Program\Licensing dir Copy included licnsmgr.dll into
Bentley\Program dir and overwrite any existing if you use any pre-patched
.dll it's good idea to save it before. Run included regfix according your
OS (reg_nt.reg - Win9x - WinNT) (reg_w2k.reg - Win2K - WinXP)
