A very common form of ASCII text files are comma-delimited, also known
as CSV. (CSV stands for comma separated values)
These files can be used for importing and exporting data from one
application to another. Here is a sample of what a line in a line in a
CSV format looks like:
"Predators","20 N Orange Avenue","Orlando","FL","32801"
These files can become corrupt if there are too little or too many
commas in a single line. Thus, the need for CommaCheck.
This application compares the number of commas in the first line to the remaining lines in the file and reports the warnings and errors.
