cfx_pwimageproc is a jpeg image processor. It is designed to allow a full
range of graphic operations to be performed on image files, directly
from your ColdFusion code. At its simplest level, the tag can be used to
resize an image, rotate, flip and return detailed format information.
Some of its more advanced features include the ability to change the
colour depth of the file, modify the jpeg compression ratio, add borders
to images and retrieve image file information.
Two of its most powerful features are the ability to add text and a
watermark to the image. You are able to specify the text to add, its
position, transparency and full formatting. This can be an easy and
efficient way to stamp all images that are uploaded to your web site.
The watermark feature allows you to add an additional image over the
original, and vary its transparency and even its alpha colour.
Included with Version 1.1 is a tag code completion file for ColdFusion
Studio. As you type the code for the tag, a popup window will appear,
displaying all the parameters

Just run the included patch in your ColdFusion Custom tags directory
that contains the dll. Patch doesn't affect the dll in any way other than
stopping the function that writes a huge colourful registration nag to
the browser screen. So, enjoy.
