Advanced File Shredder is a software that allows you securely
deleting data on your computer. Why do you need this software? You
probably know that when you delete files or folders in a usual way
data is simply moved to the Recycle Bin. You may recover this data by
restoring it from the Recycle Bin. Even when you empty Recycle Bin
operating system only marks that data as "deleted" and hides it from
view. This means that actual bits and bytes of the data such as your
personal information, financial reports, classified documents from
work are still on your hard drive. The data may be destroyed when
operating system creates a new file over it. As a rule it is still
possible to recover that data using software or hardware recovery
methods.
