Download IAR visualSTATE v5.2.1.132 license by CROSSFiRE

Install IAR, when prompted to choose license type, choose nodelocked.
copy our license in the "C:\flexlm\" folder ( create if required )
finally, set up a new environment variable VSDAEMON_LICENSE_FILE with as value : "C:\flexlm\license.dat"
Reboot, then you may start using VS.
