IPSentry is a utility that will continuously monitor all your Internet and
intranet TCP/IP network servers 24 hours a day, checking if services are
active and responding. In the event of failure, IPSentry will notify you
(according to the defined schedule) via any or all of several different
methods, including pager notification, email, audible alert, or a
configurable "launch external application" option. NT users can also use
an ICMP (Ping) option. IPSentry can be used as an NT service and features
an ActiveX add-in, drive space monitoring, alpha/SMS paging, alerting and
notification options, and external power control alerts. This version
features enhanced pager notification functionality, adds several new
features to notification options, and optimizes polling delays. It also
makes corrections to the user interface.
