The UPI News Client is a UPI News reader that allows you to access
UPI News Files form companies that have a UPI News Feed and are running
the UPI News Server by Internet Software Solutions. The Client will
access the UPI News Server and retrieve all current news topics that
are available, you then can select from over 200 Topics (Depending on
provider) to subscribe to. You can then select from a subscribed topic
and view the articles for that selected topic. You also have the options
to search by key words or by priority.
