WinNc is a 32-bits File Manager for Windows 95/98/2000 and NT4 (NT5). WinNc
(Windows Next Millennium Commander) works like Norton Commander. It has 2
panels where you can copy, move, edit files to and from. You can also
connect to network resources. It can compress from and to files. It
