Outlook Tools is an add-on for Microsoft Outlook. The
program offers you a wide range of functions to make
working with Outlook easier.
The program offers you the following features:
Finding and removing duplicates
Search across all folders possible.
Individual settings can be created for the search.
Exclusive: The element to be kept can be configured with
three options: preferred folder, series of appointments
and/or entry date for the element. Delete or move the
duplicates.
Standardizing telephone numbers
All telephone numbers are changed into a standardized
international format. The old 01 dialling code in
Switzerland is automatically changed to the new 044
dialling code. More than 210 country dialling codes and
17,700 local dialling codes are recognized. Individual
settings can be created for the telephone number format.
Find and Replace
Do you need a Find and Replace function in Outlook? Look no
further!
Changing message class
All of the elements from one folder or from several folders
are changed in just one go.
