    When browsing web pages, we have to view bunches of annoying 
    advertisements including popup, Flash, Floating Windows. This software 
    is to stop Popup window & Flash & Gif Animations.Now It bundle with 
    Bookmark Agent(The executive file is only 37k, but It can gives you 
    lots of bookmark management functions to IE and MSN.)
    
    Now there are 3 kinds of in-page advertisements.
    
    - Gif animations: It is easiest to make it. It cant combine with
      sound and the animation effect is controlled by CPU.
    
    - Flash movie: It is provided by Macromedia. It can combine with
      sound and produce complex effect.
    
    - PMI movie: It is a product like Flash. It can popup windows that
      most anti-advt tools lose the effect to it. Now Adcutoff can deal
