InstallerXpert provides you with a simple way to create
complete installations in a couple of hours. It lets you
support Windows 95, windows 98, Windows NT 4, Windows ME,
Windows 2000, and Windows XP. Although InstallerXpert does
not use the Microsoft Windows Installer service,
it can perform almost all functions of the installer service.
