Mr. Burns is a system monitoring program for Windows that doubles as
productivity management software. System administrators, employers, or
anyone who needs to track computer time can use it to check for things
such as program use and unauthorized use. Mr. Burns tracks the names of
programs, start and stop times, idle time, and even the number of
keystrokes entered for a particular program. It stores the information
in a compressed file that must be viewed with a special utility.
