1) Unpack and install.
2) A Segue license server is needed. If you have no license server yet,
install Segue SilkMeter first, which contains a license server.
2005-10-10 Segue.SilkMeter.v2.7-ZWT
3) Start Menu -> SilkMeter -> User Policy Administrator, then File ->
Import policy, use "SilkPerformer70.pol" provided by us.
4) Launch SilkPerformer installer, point it to your license server.
