| MANAGEMENT CONSOLE |
| |
| This component is installed on one or more manager of |
| fice workstations giving the manager control over the |
| entire system. From here, features are added to the |
| system, showtimes and playdates are created and repor |
| ts are generated. |

| TERMINAL CLIENT |
| |
| This component is installed on one or more point-of- |
| sale workstations and can be licensed for the sales |
| of tickets, concessions or both at each workstation. |
| The Terminal Client software is connected to the comp |
| uter in the manager's office via Windows networking |
| where it shares and exchanges data with the Managemnt |
| Console and other terminal workstations. The Manager |
| Console can monitor the sale of invidual items (tick- |
| ets or concessions) from each terminal and can see |
| each transaction as it is completed via a special vie |
| wing window. Each workstation must have the terminal |
| client software installed on it with a unique 6 or 7 |
| digit identifier called a Terminal Identity number. |
| This number assigns the workstation it's terminal num |
| ber amongst all terminals connected to the system (e. |
| g. Terminal #1, Terminal #2, Terminal #3, etc.) for |
| the purpose of tracking sales separately from other |
| terminals, validates the license for the terminal and |
| designates wheter the terminal is licensed for the sa |
| le of tickets, concesssions or is a combo terminal |
| selling both. The Terminal I.D. number is generated |
| along with the registration code at the time you or |
| your company purchased the software or added addition |
| al terminals to your system. |

| TERMINAL SETUP UTILITY |
| |
| This component is installed on each computer with |
| whatever of the above components are installed. For |
| the Manager Console, only the licensing information & |
| program data path are entered.For the terminal client |
| , the terminal ID number is also entered on the licen |
| sing screen and configuration of peripheral devices's |
| also done here, for example setting up a serial pole |
| display or a ticket printer. |
