AVO
--------------------
AVO is designed to analyze the fluid content of resrevoir rocks through a
combination of visual, analytical and modeling processes of the seismic
and well data. The program provides an intuitive capability to manage,
display and operate on seismic gather data for AVO attribute generation
and crossplotting.
AVO Seismic Analysis
The AVO analysis tool is designed to analyze and process pre-stack
seismic gathers and partial stacks for the purpose of finding and
classifying AVO signatures in 2D and 3D data.
AVO Modeling
Modeling utilities designed to create 1D, 2D and 3D synthetic
offset/angle gathers from well log data.
AFI
--------------------
The AFI module is designed as an add-on module to the AVO program. Data
I/O is handled within AVO.
ELOG
--------------------
ELOG is a comprehensive well log editing and modeling tool designed to
prepare or create log data for use within the Hampson-Russell suite of
applications. New and edited data can be saved within the project,
exported as new well data or transferred through direct binary links to
third party applications.
EMERGE
--------------------
EMERGE is designed to predict reservoir properties using seismic attributes
and well log data. The technique trains on target data at the well
locations using multi-linear and neural network algorithms until an optimum
transform is derived. Cross-validation is used to give confidence in the
transform, prior to its application to the whole seismic volume.
Any measured or calculated logs such as porosity, density or
water-saturation, may be predicted and the technique may also be applied
in pure log applications.
GLI3D
--------------------
GLI3D is designed to pick and interpret first breaks from 2D and 3D seismic
data sets. These are then used to build a near surface geological model,
which is optimized using generalized linear and tomographic inversion
algorithms. The optimum model is then used to calculate refraction statics
for subsequent application to the seismic data in the processing flow,
thereby improving the structural accuracy and image quality. This program
is the defacto standard within the seismic processing industry for regions
with difficult statics problems.
ISMAP
--------------------
ISMAP is a geostatistical mapping tool designed for comparison and
statistical analysis of mapped data sets. Customary data inputs to the
program are a combination of dense, yet "fuzzy" data such as seismic
attribute extraction and sparse, accurate data such as measured well log
data. The concept is that a new map is generated which honors the sparse
measured data, while retaining the spatial continuity of the denser data
set.
PRO4D
--------------------
PRO4D is a program that integrates all of the key elements required for
time lapse seismic studies. It provides a well log toolkit for fluid
replacement modeling and synthetic seismic generation, together with
seismic processing functionality. This gives interactive display,
comparison, calibration and interpretation of 4D seismic data volumes.
PROMC
--------------------
PROMC is a new software package developed through an industry consortium
between 2001 and 2003. It provides an integrated framework for the
interpretation and modeling of multi-component seismic data. The software
makes the execution of everyday tasks on multi-component data
straightforward through an easy-to-use and intuitive work environment.
STRATA
--------------------
STRATA is a seismic inversion product designed to transform post-stack
seismic volumes to impedance traces for lithology and fluid
determinations. Acousitc and elastic impedance processes are provided,
utilizing various inversion methods. All ancillary data manipulation
needs, such as wavelet extraction, log correlation, model building and
seismic processing are included. Popular S-inversion, LMR techniques and
coloured techniques are also available.

Installation information

1) Unrar.
2) Copy license.lic from CRS dir to
\license manager\
3) Start \license manager\lmtools.
4) Check "Configuration using Services"
5) Go to "Config Service" tab
6) Set "Path to the lmgrd.exe file" to
\license manager\lmgrd
7) Set "Path to the license file" to
\license manager\license
8) Check "Use sercices"
9) Click "Save Service" button
10) Go to "Start/Stop/Reread" tab
11) Click "Start Server" button
