▀▀ DICOM formatted images, both static and dynamic from DICOM
·▀ ▒▀ ▓▒ disks and individual DICOM files.
░ ■ ░ · ░ User friendly directory lists make it easy to select data by
patient, study or series. Images appear grouped in series
windows. Series windows can be resized, rearranged and viewed
in compare modes. New series windows can be created and
customized by pasting images from other series. Series images
can be saved after modifying the patient name, patient ID,
accession number, and study name. This allows
patient-anonymous data even when the images are viewed with
viewers that display the DICOM elements in the files. Clips
can be stepped frame by frame or played at user selectable
playback rates. Clips can be margined to time segments of
interest. Both static images and clips can be annotated,
contrast adjusted, cropped and then exported to AVI, BMP, TIFF
and JPEG formats for slide presentations, web postings or
publication artwork. Network ShowCase adds integrated CD
writing and DICOM image access to the other ShowCase features.
DICOM connectivity means that DICOM enabled ultrasound
machines can send studies directly to a PC running Network
ShowCase. Network ShowCase can also query and retrieve studies
from a DICOM server (a PACS or mini-PACS server).
